The annual championship event is held every year with the help and support of City of Brampton and countless sponsors and supporters. This year championship drew over 28 teams, hundreds of players and thousands of cricket enthusiasts from Canada and USA.

Tape Ball fever took over Brampton… Scarborough Stallions won Crispy ITBCC-2022
Scarborough Stallions won Crispy ITBCC-2022 after its star batsman’s Rizwan Cheema (former Captain of Canadian Test Cricket team) pushed hard hits through the boundary while comfortably chasing 35 in the last 2 overs and hitting a big sixer bringing the match to its conclusion.
The championship came to its exciting end. This year’s event attracted over 22 teams in two divisions and teams as far as New York and Montreal.
This year’s title sponsor TWI foods (Crispy) as well many other lead sponsors including Billyard Insurance Group (Pickering), Super Asia (Handi and Sherbon), Ashoka, Dabur, Quality Natural Foods were instrumental in supporting the event.
East End Stars won Taza-ITBCC-2019
After exciting few days of exceptional tape ball cricket, East End Stars made history by defeating Friends 11 in the finals and bagging in the prestigious Taza – First Canadian International Tape Ball Cricket Championship 2019 at CAA Centre, Brampton. The last few matches which were previously cancelled due to weather situation, brought out some of the best tape ball cricket among the competing sides. The excitement was evidently nerve wrecking considering the unprecedented high stake nature of the mega event. However the best teams undoubtedly earned the most deserved success.
